1 . Order Method

1. Browse and choose from our gorgeous range of lingerie first!
2. Take down the item code/color
3. Fill in the order form under "Order"
4. We will send you an invoice with the payment and postage advised within 24 - 48 hours

2 . Payment & Delivery Options

All payments to be made by bank transfer to POSB 209-38331-4 within 3 days.

For payments via paypal, please let us know. ( Only applicable for international orders )

Delivery Options

FLAUNTITBOUTIQUE.com parcels are fully handled by Singapore Post Office.

1 ) Local Normal Mail item(s) usually takes 2 working days to be send out upon payment and takes another 3 working days( Rough estimation ) to reach you ( Excluding public holidays and Sundays)

Postage Rates for Normal mail:
1 - 2 items: $1 - $1.50
3 - 5 items: $2.50
6 - 9 items: $3.50
For orders more than 9 items, free postage will be given

We are not responsible for any items lost in transaction via local postage, but we will call singpost to enquire for you and hope to retrieve it.

2 ) Local Registered Mail ( highly recommended for bulky parcel )
Registered mail will require an additional fee of $2.25 on top of the normal mail rate. Usually dispatched on Monday, Wednesday, Friday. We will send you a shipment confirmation with the Registered Article no. (RA) of your parcel after processing your order. The RA no. allows you to track your parcel status with Singapore Post .

Do note that if u opt for registered mail, someone has to be able to collect it at the doorstep. As we do not have any idea when the postman will come by, if delivery is unsuccessful, a notification letter will be dropped. You may then follow the instructions on the letter to arrange a redelivery on the next working day or self collect at the designated Singapore Post Office within the time period given.

Flaunt It will not be held responsible for missing mails. Thus registered mail is highly recommended in any cases. Since normal mail, does not comes with a tracking number for the parcel.

3 ) International Mail

We warmly welcome international orders ! Delivery methods and charges will be advised in our email to you. We ship via Speedpost by Singpost.

4)Meet Up/Self Collection ( Only for orders above 5 bra sets or $120 )

Meet Up/Self collection is only applicable if you purchase above 5 bra sets or $120, as the postage cost for these orders are usually higher, to help you save cost, we would love to arrange a meet up session with you.

Timing and Location will be arranged at our convenience. We will accommodate to you as much as we could. A day of notification for meet up is required.

5)Delivery Service

To your preferred location in Singapore for an additional $8 on the next working day.
Delivery will be from 10am to 5 pm during weekdays. Weekends delivery can also be arranged.

Timing will be arranged at our convenience. Please make sure someone is at able to receive or we will leave it at the door. Additional trip deliver the order will be charged at additional $8.

Payment can be made upon delivery ( cash ) or you may pay via bank transfer first.

3 . Return and Exchange Policy
To avoid inconvenience, we advise to opt for a meet-up to try on the lingerie before purchase if unsure of sizing.

Meet-up is only done at our convenience. But we will try to accomodate to your timing as much as possible too! =)

Exchange only applicable for bra top.
Not applicable for panties and nightwear.
Exchange can only be exchange to the same design of a different size and no refunds will be made. Should the preferred design gets out of stock, you would be advised to choose something else of the same value or top up the difference.
Exchange must be made within 7 days. After 7 days, We will not accept the return of the item.

4 . Colors
Colors between product photo and actual product may vary due to lighting effects and resolution of individual monitor's display. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible.
